The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For
- Administering all incoming Astral Poultry Helpdesk calls by means of identifying categories and priorities.
- Communication of Astral Poultry Helpdesk guidelines to users.
- Processing of new user applications.
- Monitoring and escalation of Astral Poultry Helpdesk recurring issues.
- Reporting of department KPIs.
- Creation of purchase requisitions.
- Distribution of purchase orders to suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers on deliveries & invoicing.
- Handling supplier account queries.
- Administrative duties include of analysing, establishing, organising and maintaining operating procedures of the department and record-keeping systems.
- First line support to business.
- Management of change control requests and MIS document management process.
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 Qualification.
- Minimum one year experience in an IT Support environment.
- Experience with Windows 10 and Office 2024.
- Application knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The individual must be able to work under pressure and swiftly resolve queries.
- Basic understanding of the 20 keys concept.
