Role Overview
This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with a deep understanding of Microsofts cloud offerings and a passion for building client relationships. You will play a critical role in promoting Microsoft technologiesincluding Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BI to new and existing clients, helping them unlock the full value of cloud-based business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the sales of Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BI.
Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand cloud, productivity, and security requirements.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with technical delivery teams to support successful implementation and post-sales support.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering client advocacy.
Keep abreast of Microsoft product updates and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in IT solution sales , preferably focused on Microsoft cloud products.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 , and Power BI .
Strong grasp of cloud computing , SaaS , and business application models.
Ability to conduct consultative sales discussions and craft tailored proposals.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Experience engaging clients in the SADC region is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900 , or Dynamics-related certifications.
Background in enterprise software sales or selling into mid-to-large enterprises.
Skilled negotiator with a strategic sales mindset.
