Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients warmly and checking them in upon arrival
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Providing information about services, procedures, and clinic policies
  • Handling patient inquiries and resolving issues or escalating them as necessary
  • Updating and maintaining patient records accurately
  • Verifying insurance information and processing insurance claims
  • Collecting payments, issuing receipts, and managing billing inquiries
  • Managing electronic and paper filing systems efficiently
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Must have Grade 12
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and colleagues
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Service: A friendly demeanour and patience to handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally
