Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process optimisation within marketplace operations.
• Conduct data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Map current state processes and design future state improvements.
• Support implementation of process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collect, analyse and interpret marketplace performance data.
• Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Identify trends and patterns that inform improvement recommendations.
• Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives.
• Document processes, procedures and project outcomes.
• Support change management activities related to process improvements.
