  • Publishing and promoting events on Eventbrite and LinkedIn
  • Creating simple feature images and content using AI tools
  • Editing and publishing webinars, then repurposing them into blogs and other content
  • Promoting events and podcasts through HubSpot, social posts, and emails
  • Cleaning and updating data in Excel and HubSpot
  • Researching and booking venues for in-person events
  • Supporting new member onboarding and updates via WhatsApp
  • Assisting the sales team with meeting bookings and discovery call tasks
  • Using Surfe and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new prospects
  • Supporting small HubSpot projects as needed.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent writing skills (blogs, emails, and marketing content)
