Marketing Manager (Brand & Content) – Global, Remote

Crease is looking for a world‑class Marketing Manager (Brand & Content) to lead our global brand narrative, content engine, and social presence. The role sits at the intersection of brand building, content strategy, and fast execution – perfect for someone who understands culture, design, performance, and storytelling at a deep level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Crease's brand and content marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Plan, manage, and schedule content across social platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Build and manage the marketing and content calendar in alignment with brand priorities.
  • Work closely with the creative, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive community engagement across key platforms.
  • Create visually sharp, brand‑aligned content with support from our media & design team.
What We're Looking For
  • A highly creative, culturally aware marketer with elite instincts for content and brand.
  • Someone who creates demand, not just visibility.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, social trends, and how content drives business outcomes.
  • Highly organized operator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator able to move fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience with lifestyle, apparel, activewear, creative studios, or consumer brands is a major bonus.
  • English fluency required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
