Key roles and responsibilities :

Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the fintech industry.
Messaging and Positioning :
- Collaborate with product teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
Creative Asset Development :
- Lead the development of creative assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages for various marketing channels.
Performance Marketing Campaigns :
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, display, and affiliate to drive measurable results.
Data Analysis and Optimization :
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI and user growth.
Content Marketing Initiatives :
- Drive content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content to engage and educate users.
Brand Guidelines :
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all marketing touchpoints.
External Partnerships :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets, to amplify brand awareness and reach.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors, including contract negotiation, project management, and performance evaluation.
Industry Trends and Best Practices :
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile banking, fintech, and digital marketing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Attributes :
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes :
- Expertise in performance marketing channels: paid social, search, and display.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing.
- Highly organized with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of mobile app marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Flexibility to perform ad-hoc tasks as per business needs.
Education and Training :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement in the fintech industry.
- Knowledge of fintech compliance and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
