They are seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager, responsible for leading the communication and marketing strategy with the strategic objective of deepening client relationships and achieving business goals and growth ambitions.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage a small team to develop and implement the corporate communication and marketing strategy. You will manage key senior stakeholder relationships, including the country's CEO and executive leadership team, and have a matrix reporting line to the Head of Marketing & Communication, APAC, based in Singapore.
You will be responsible for supporting the company in achieving its business strategy through managing and promoting the brand and marketing presence on the African continent, as well as supporting the people strategy and enabling employee engagement through compelling digital content, campaigns, thought leadership, and the delivery of impactful messaging, with the following deliverables:
In addition, you will work closely with the Senior Communications & PR Manager, Asia Pacific to support the Group media relations agenda in South Africa by helping to shape a narrative for media work, including enhancing the profiles of senior executives.
