Overview

Position: Marketing & Administration

Location: Meyerton

Salary: R7,500.00 per month

Start Date: As soon as possible

Our client is seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-driven individual to join our growing team in a dual Marketing and Administration role. If you're passionate about the motor industry and have the skills to support both branding and back-office functions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Marketing Duties:

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) including content creation and scheduling
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote stock
  • Create engaging promotional material (digital & print)
  • Maintain online listings of vehicles and update promotions across platforms
  • Assist with customer engagement and respond to online inquiries
  • Contribute to events, branding, and dealership image initiatives

Administration Duties:

  • Perform daily office admin tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Capture invoices, quotations, and sales orders accurately
  • Coordinate communication between departments and customers
  • Assist with vehicle stock control and document processing
  • Manage supplier and customer correspondence
  • Answer phone calls and manage front-desk reception duties when needed
Qualifications
  • Energetic, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Marketing experience (preferably in digital/social media)
  • Administrative experience (min. 1–2 years)
  • Motor industry background highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
