Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse existing manufacturing processes and define improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Develop and implement process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis for quality and throughput issues.
  • Work with design engineering to ensure producibility and effective transition from design to manufacturing.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging lean and Six Sigma practices.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, planning, and shop floor teams to boost operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, ISO quality standards, and company manufacturing policies.
  • Support cost optimisation and manufacturing resource planning.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fabrication systems.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in process analysis and performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
