Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the retentions team and implement customer retention strategies and metrics.
  • Address revenue management and retention through development and execution of a strategic business plan to increase loyalty and retain business.
  • Responsible for data‑led retention tactics and develop and maintain quality improvement programs.
  • Maintain offboarding process and checklist, conduct offboarding interviews, and produce the monthly EXCO report.
  • Compile reports for sales managers including analysis on program performance and implement targets relating to productivity and quality, including engaging in new features and product launches.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience in retention, sales operations, customer experience, customer support, and consumer marketing.
  • Knowledge of churn reduction tactics, acquisition and re‑contracting campaigns, data analysis, formulation of insight, and vendor management.
