The Heineken Beverages Management Trainee Programme offers exceptional development opportunities to self-motivated, talented individuals. This fast-paced, accelerated learning environment provides customised development, experience and mentorship to help Trainees reach senior levels within Heineken Beverages. The programme aims to build competent, well-equipped leaders who can guide the business to the next level. Upon completion, you should have acquired the relevant technical and leadership skills to fit into a leadership position within one of the key Supply Chain functions of Heineken Beverages.

We are seeking 7 new graduates (2025) to specialised in the Engineering field at our Centre of Excellence and Manufacturing Plants within Supply Chain.

Duration: 18-month programme including exposure to supply chain support functions with emphasis on Planning, improvement projects, workplace exposure, stand-in periods for specific roles, and understanding the business value chain and core fundamentals.
