You will be responsible for implementing maintenance strategies that enhance safety and productivity while managing a dedicated team of maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective maintenance management programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime
2. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements
