What You’ll Do For The Brand

  • To give operational, technical and administrative support to all building managers, housekeeping teams, grounds keeping teams and maintenance teams.
  • To implement standard operating procedures created by National Maintenance and Facilities Manager and HOD.
  • Review weekly snag list work sheets submitted by Building managers
  • Check in with in-house maintenance, grounds and housekeeping teams weekly, providing technical input and support
  • Ensure the national standard maintenance processes and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Manage maintenance administrator/s
  • Manage all service level agreements.
  • Ensure Generator, Air-conditioning, Lifts, Fire equipment, Solar service and repair schedules are adhered to.
  • Give operation support for emergency breakdown downs. Generator, Air-conditioning, lifts, fire alarms, electrical, plumbing and TV equipment and take corrective actions.
  • Schedule complete regular maintenance, servicing and repair of plant and equipment in connection with these duties.
  • Order equipment and parts through the administrator using purchase orders for goods and services necessary for the continued operations as approved by the board. Invoices are required to permit completion of financial report.
  • Compile weekly maintenance reports.
  • Compile monthly maintenance expenditure reports
  • Undertake spot inspections nationally and compile reports on these inspections
  • Undertake monthly inspection walk arounds with building managers
  • Ensure all in-house maintenance, grounds and housekeeping teams have the correct PPE and tools (Manage inventory of these tools and equipment)
  • Screening potential new sub contactors or service providers to be added to the national data base.
