Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: ZAR25000 - ZAR25000 Per month

Responsibilities
  • Work Order Coordination
    • Assign and manage work orders promptly to ensure timely resolution of maintenance tasks.
    • Monitor outstanding work orders and follow up to ensure completion and closure.
    • Confirm supplier completion of work and facilitate accurate work order closure.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Communication
    • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding task progress, timelines, and expectations.
    • Ensure suppliers receive and acknowledge work orders for action.
  • System & Invoice Support
    • Load and manage quotations and invoices related to maintenance activities.
    • Liaise with Accounts Payable and General Accounts to support accurate financial processing.
    • Assist stores with the Infraspeak system, including closing completed work orders.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or advanced Certificate in warehouse or logistics or procurement
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and Infraspeak
  • Proven track record in managing teams and improving warehouse performance
  • Hands-on approach and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Experience in QSR or Retail
