January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)

• Monday - Sunday
• Hours are self-regulated based on operational requirements

REPORT TO:

Owner

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Passport valid for traveling
2. Hospitality-related qualification
3. Business Administration or similar managerial certification - BONUS
4. Clear criminal record & sober habits
5. Prior management experience in a similar environment (Lodge / Tented Camp / Safari)
6. Strong leadership with hands‑on lodge operations exposure
7. Fluent English command - any other African / European language - BONUS

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 4 years in luxury tented camps
• Operations‑led camp management experience
• Strong guest relations and staff supervision capability
• Working knowledge of P&L, PMS, POS
