Job summary

A luxurious retreat in the Cederberg Mountains is seeking a dedicated Reservations and FOH Assistant to ensure exceptional guest service and manage all bookings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, and possess strong organizational skills. A Matric qualification and relevant experience in luxury settings are essential. Accommodation and meals will be provided as part of the salary package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience from a luxury retreat or upmarket lodge environment.
• Must be able to work in a remote location.
• Familiarity with international standards in hospitality and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk.
• Provide customer support for call-in enquiries.
• Handle guest accounts/check-in & check-out.
