A leading renewable energy company in Cape Town is seeking a Legal Counsel to support EPC and O&M contractual matters related to renewable energy projects. The role requires a law degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in drafting legal documents, along with a strong understanding of compliance within the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and diverse environment, contributing to innovative solutions.

Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for a Legal Counsel - EPC and O&M in Cape Town, South Africa to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Legal Counsel you will provide legal support on all EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and O&M ( Operation and Maintenance (as required) related legal and contractual matters within the Renewable Energy Sector.
