Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in a legal, regulatory or compliance environment.
• Strong experience in contract drafting and contract management.
• Sound knowledge of South African legislation and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice and support across organisational operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, SLAs, MOUs, MOAs and related agreements.
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance programmes and frameworks.
