Main purpose of job The Learning and development Facilitator ensures competence within the legislative environment and Mediclinic Southern Africa strategy as aligned with the HR Service Delivery Model. The facilitator manages and reports on employee development, including student learning, in a structured manner.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Professional Nurse qualification, and Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education OR 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Facilitator
