Job summary

A leading recruitment platform is seeking a Lead Management Specialist to oversee lead qualification and management activities. Qualifications

  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • SAP CRM experience
  • Independent worker that can effectively prioritise and manage time
  • Positive mindset to work and change
  • Minimum of a matric education with 2+ years’ experience in sales / lead management and 3+ years with hands-on experience in CRM systems
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. SAP CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with lead scoring and qualification tools
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Review and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria
  • Manage lead records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the sales team for effective lead hand-offs
  • Track lead progression and identify gaps in the pipeline
  • Update and maintain lead records in the CRM
  • Generate and share reports on lead activity and conversion metrics
  • Analyze lead data to provide insights for optimizing lead flow
  • Support cross-functional teams on lead related projects
