We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursing Manager to lead our nursing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care in line with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality nursing care services, adhering to standards set by the Older Persons Act 13 of
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Social Development requirements
  • Develop, implement, and manage nursing policies and procedures
  • Oversee staff complement, leave, absenteeism, and performance
  • Conduct assessments and develop integrated care plans
  • Maintain high nursing standards across various care settings
  • Manage wound care, medication administration, and oxygen / nebulisation services
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Coordinate with other departments and service providers
