Are you a recent graduate looking to continue your studies whilst working full time? If you are, we've got an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career! Our Lead Development team plays a significant role in driving the growth of our organisation. As a team member, you'll be responsible for persuasive telephonic conversations to add and verify critical quality data to our customer relationship management (CRM) database stored in Salesforce. Working hours : 07h30 to 16h00

• Maintain and grow the organisations database through telephonic and online research.
• Adapt conversations to reach targets with the ability to persuade prospects to provide the required information.
• Accurately record information in the CRM system (ZOHO).
• Deep and extensive research of prospecting information such as individual names and companies to call from various sources, such as Google, LinkedIn, and supplied lists.
• Achieve call and database targets.
• Attend company outings, social events, and team projects.
• This is not a sales or customer service role, but you are expected to achieve daily KPIs.
• Extraordinary attention to detail (make sure your CV displays this characteristic).
• Confident, clear telephonic voice.
• Excellent verbal business communication skills English.
• Be sharp and think ahead.
