About the Role

Dermafrica is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts manager to drive our online commercial performance and protect brand value across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, pricing governance, and Driving Sales within our e-commerce portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion: Grow our Retail online portfolio, acquire new partners, and deliver year-on-year growth.
  • Commercial Planning: Collaborate with Marketing to build digital campaigns and strengthen omnichannel performance.
  • Platform Management: Oversee our own e-commerce site, including product listings, stock and promotions.
  • Operational Excellence: Align Sales, Marketing, and Operations with updated product data.
  • Data & Insights: Track online performance to inform strategy
  • Marketing Objectives: Assist the marketing team by contributing ideas that will drive brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualifications: All certifications within the professional skincare, sales, or marketing sectors will be considered.
  • Experience: 5+ years working in the professional skincare industry in Sales or key account management. Working with E-commerce partners would be an advantage.
  • Strong Sales background, working with Key accounts.
  • Good strategic and critical thinking skills, which will help cement relationships and commercial growth.
  • Analytical, organisational, and administrative strength.
  • Confident cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
