Role Purpose

Act as the front-line representative for telecom and technology solutions. You’ll generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support growth by showcasing how our voice, connectivity, and related services can simplify business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and qualify leads through research, cold-calling, and inbound inquiries.
  • Present and sell voice and telecom solutions, aligning features with client needs.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and elucidate the benefits of the offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with technical, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and rental arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity within CRM or tracking tools.
  • Attend product and sales training; stay updated with evolving service offerings.
