Job Purpose

The Junior Sales Representative is responsible for conducting all sales, marketing, customer liaison, and related activities within the allocated territory and customer base. This includes building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum education (essential):

  • Matric Certificate

Minimum applicable experience (years):

  • 1–3 years in a sales or customer-facing role

Required nature of experience:

  • Sales and customer relationship management
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Preparing sales quotations and processing orders
  • Administrative tasks related to sales (database management, reporting)
  • Exposure to the plastics, piping, or related industries (advantageous)

Skills and Knowledge (essential):
