Are you entrepreneurial, like to work independently and do you have the ability to sell and easily connect with high net-worth individuals? Join a fun and vibey Broker team, based in Sandton.

Working Hours

Weekdays – 08h30 to 16h30. (Must be able to attend events outside these normal working hours for marketing and sales purposes)

Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Smart – able to understand basic economic and trade indicators / concepts
  • Personable – able to build new relationships quickly and easily as well as build depth of relationships
  • Proven record in relationship selling capability
  • Proven track record in finding new business and / or building a strong network of high net-worth individuals – MUST have done EXTERNAL sales / has external sales experience
  • Must be very well-spoken and bilingual
  • Must be well-groomed and presentable
  • Superb client service
  • Quick thinking
Duties
  • Duties include, but are not limited to :
  • Working independently within a strong and supportive peer group, sell Krugerrands and rare coins
  • Seek out new business on a consistent basis using all the sales prospecting tools available to salespeople
  • Meet interesting and high-end clients
  • Close deals from medium to very high value
  • Continually improve your knowledge about trade, the economy, business and business sectors as you work
  • Enjoy a warm and cohesive team within a great organisational culture
