They are a small, dynamic team, and are now expanding to include a dedicated remote Talent Sourcer to support their growing practice.
Our Client is hiring a full-time Fully Remote Legal Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to assist their founder in placing attorneys in various roles within top-tier law firms. This role is ideal for someone who loves making connections, enjoys phone-based outreach, and wants to work closely with their founder as their right hand. You’ll be involved in every step of the recruitment process, with training provided to ensure success.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, legal, or a phone-based role at a U.S. company.
Availability: Must work full-time during New York business hours (10 AM–6 PM EST, Monday–Friday).
Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, proficiency with remote tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM systems), and a quiet home office setup.
