Responsibilities

• Requesting COAs and Batch documents from Third Party Manufacturers.
• Liaising with procurement team and updating Sample receipt and release tracker.
• Liaising with distributor on arrival of stock.
• Visually inspecting stock on import and creating release documents.
• Updating smartsheets to reflect stock arriving at Distributor.
• Assisting with the review and update of Quality Management System.
