A Property Development company is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to assist in sales and marketing, client liaison, contract management, and project feasibility reports. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or a related field, have 1-2 years of experience, and be familiar with the construction industry. Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing : creating social media ads on Canva, boosting ad campaigns

Ensuring Offer to purchase / PROCSA Agreements / JBCC Contracts are filled out correctly

Liaison to Clients, professional team, conveyancers and banks

Assisting with snagging for new and existing developments

Understand and formulate excel formulae

Knowledgeable in Project feasibility reports

Understand Construction Bill of Quantities - Budget vs Actual costing

Sourcing Quotations from various suppliers

Ability to draw up Minutes of Meetings

Maintain website content

Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts

Diary Management; Be able to coordinate meetings and send out meeting invites

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Project Management

Bcom Finance & Accounting

Btech in Quantity Surveying

Working Experience : 1 - 2 years

Familiar with the Construction Industry
