About the Role

As a Junior Client Management & Migration Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the onboarding and technical integration of new clients. You’ll learn how to configure financial systems, interpret shared plan structures, and deliver meaningful client support throughout their journey. This position is perfect for someone who’s organised, curious, and ready to grow their expertise in equity compensation and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn the core capabilities of the equity platform to support onboarding and migrations
  • Configure client share plans based on provided specifications
  • Respond to technical client queries related to plan set‑up and platform use
  • Assist in coordinating award issuance and trading processes
  • Support live demos and training sessions with client stakeholders
  • Manage follow‑ups and ensure prompt resolution of client issues
  • Liaise with product and development teams to enhance onboarding processes
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical ability
