Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst with a keen analytical mind, strong problem-solving abilities, and a desire to work at the intersection of business strategy and digital solutions. In this role, you will support the development and management of both our client’s internal business process platform and their customer-facing entrepreneurship strategic management platform.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and growing into a key problem-solver in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear and structured business and functional requirements.
- Maintain and update process flow diagrams, wireframes, and business logic documentation.
Process Analysis & Optimisation:
- Analyse existing workflows on the internal business process platform to identify efficiencies and improvements.
- Work with developers and product teams to ensure business needs align with system capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Assist in conducting training and onboarding for users on system updates and new features.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
- Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports or dashboards to track platform performance and user engagement.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that features meet business needs before deployment.
- Identify and document bugs, system gaps, or user experience issues.
- Client Management & Administration
- Support ongoing client communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed about platform updates, feature releases, and key project milestones.
- Assist in managing client requests, logging and prioritizing feature enhancements or support queries.
- Maintain clear documentation of client feedback, reported issues, and resolutions to ensure seamless communication between the business, development, and support teams.
- Participate in client training sessions or onboarding processes to enhance adoption and understanding of the platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with potential and a willingness to learn, rather than an expert. You might be a good fit if you:
- Have a degree or relevant certification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis, operations, or technical support role (or strong internship/project experience).
- Are a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are comfortable with data and systems, with a basic understanding of process automation, databases, or software development.
- Are familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies (a plus, but not required).
