Junior Brand Manager – Beauty Industry

Are you a creative, detail-driven marketer with a passion for beauty and brand building? This is your chance to join a dynamic team where you’ll help shape the growth of leading beauty brands.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans

  • Drive product launches, promotions, and in-store activations

  • Manage PR, digital content, and social media calendars

  • Build strong relationships with retailers and internal teams

  • Track brand performance, competitor insights, and market trends

  • Maintain accurate SKU data and forecasts on Odoo

  • Assist with presentations, pricing, and strategy meetings

  • Maintain all social media platforms
  • Contribute to brand storytelling through PR kits, press releases & content
What you need:
  • A Degree in Marketing / Commerce

  • 2–3 years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (beauty or FMCG preferred)

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint essential)

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

  • Highly organised, proactive, confident, and a team player

  • Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for beauty trends
