• Must be an Admitted Attorney (or about to be admitted) of the High Court.
• Completion of Articles of Clerkship at a reputable law firm.
• Specific experience in Banking & Finance or Corporate & Commercial departments.

Responsibilities

• Advising listed clients on JSE Listings Requirements.
• Assisting with drafting shareholder circulars and prospectuses.
• Managing ongoing obligations of listed client portfolios.
• Conducting legal and financial due diligence.
