Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for managing complex tender processes from start to finish? We are seeking a Tender Manager to join our dynamic team in Midrand. This is a high-impact role for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full tender lifecycle for private sector projects from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial and legal inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain a tender calendar and reporting system.
  • Conduct risk assessments and pricing strategies for each tender.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Minimum Requirements
  • A relevant degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in managing private sector tenders end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations and tendering best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
