Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working experience as an IT Technician.
• Experience with Microsoft OS up to Windows 11.
• Exposure to iOS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide full IT support at non-IT clients.

• Perform networking maintenance and fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Servers, desktops, laptops, printers.
• Networking – cable and wireless – maintenance, fault finding,
• design.
• Microsoft – all OS’s for Servers and Desktops up to Windows 11
• and Server 2021 (exposure to iOS beneficial).
• Anti-Virus.
• Firewalls – Fort iGATE.
• Backups – Acronis and Ultrabac.
• Cloud computing.
• Azure.
• AWS.
• SharePoint.
