Job description

Responsible position with corproate company based in Jhb South

Manage system availability and server capacity efficiently

Ensure incidents are managed and resolved promptly

Plan and implement system changes, including documentation and skills transfer

Oversee all aspects of daily IT operation

Supervise & develop performance of systems support operators

Conduct and facilitate internal audits in compliance with external audit rules

Perform all functions of Project Management

Ensure compliance with Gaming Board requirements and codes of conduct, policies and procedures

Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.

Essential pre-requisites

Matric (NQF 4)

IT related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, IT Diploma / Degree)

Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)

Numeracy skills (NQF 4), good computer literacy (MS Office)

Minimum two to three years experience in an IT environment and one year experience 2nd or 3rd level IT
