Job summary

A distinguished HR Consulting firm is seeking a dynamic individual to enhance their sales team. This role requires a strong hunter profile to cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients through telesales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Industrial Relations or Employee Relations, as well as experience in a Sales role within an HR consulting environment. Key qualifications include a matriculation certificate, strong communication skills, and familiarity with relevant labor legislation. This position offers a competitive salary along with sales incentives and commission.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Industrial Relations or Employee Relations.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Sales within HR Consulting.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
  • Residency in Eastrand area is mandatory.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telesales via cold calling to secure new clients.
  • Generate leads to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Manage client relations throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct client visits and negotiate retainer fees.
  • Organize and participate in industry campaigns and webinars.

Skills

Sales skills
Client relationship management

Proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE Act)
Communication skills in English or Afrikaans

Education

Matriculation certificate
Qualification in Human Resources, Labour Law, Sociology, Psychology or related field
