The ideal candidate will have a degree in interior design and over 2 years of experience, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Responsibilities

• Design, develop and refine interior design concepts.
• Produce technical drawings, layouts and joinery details in line with OKKO Interiors standards.
• Understand and coordinate material selection, finishes and FF&E.
• Meet with and manage consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Source, review, and compare supplier and contractor quotes.
• Attend regular site visits and meetings to monitor installations and project progress.
• Assist with project handover and final project staging on site.

Skills

• Proactive, good communicator and problem solver. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel and Word
• Confident liaising with suppliers, contractors and clients on and off site

Experience & Requirements
