The role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and are naturally tech‑savvy? Crown Lands is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information System Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

As a valued member of our team you will:
  • Be the go‑to expert for users of Crown land applications, offering guidance and resolving queries with confidence and clarity.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on logged issues, then roll up your sleeves and propose smart practical solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve helpdesk matters swiftly and effectively, keeping service standards high and frustrations low.
  • Support user acceptance testing, deliver engaging training sessions and help craft clear user‑friendly documentation.
  • Maintain helpdesk logs with precision and keep clients updated on the progress of their issues – because communication is key.
