Job description

We are currently looking for an Information Compliance Administrator to be primarily responsible for supporting the Information Compliance department with diary management and scheduling of engagements between consultants and clients, submission of information to different stakeholders, capturing and maintaining data, channeling and resolving client queries, and submitting various reports to management.

Qualifications:

You will need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed:

  • Matric / NQF 4 equivalent qualification
  • 1 year of experience in an administration role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential
  • Working knowledge of POPIA, PAIA, & CPA would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in business compliance is advantageous
