Overview

The Industrial Engineer Graduate will analyse, optimise and improve operational processes within warehouse management, order fulfilment and distribution.

As our company does not manufacture products this role will focus on enhancing efficiency across sourcing, storage and delivery operations rather than production processes.

The successful candidate will work to streamline workflow and reduce errors, improving stock accuracy and supporting the creation of standardized procedures that enable smooth and effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyse end to end business processes
• Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and risk in warehouse operations
• Develop improvement plans to enhance accuracy, reduce cost and improve turnaround times
• Standardise and document operational procedures (SOPs, work instructions, checklist)
• Support warehouse staff with process training and change management
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis and stock management studies to improve
• Work closely with warehouse team to implement technology driven
• Assist in designing warehouse layout and storage methods processes for optimal
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across all operational
