Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil infrastructure or water projects.
• SACQSP registration or in progress (Candidate or Professional QS).
• Familiarity with FIDIC/NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for tenders and projects.
• Monitor budgets, prepare valuations and progress payments.
• Evaluate tenders and assist with pricing documentation.
• Administer contracts and manage final accounts.
• Support project managers with cost control and reporting.
