Job Description
  • Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience within the financial services sector in an identity and access management role
  • Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology
  • Knowledge of Information Security and IT Risk
  • Knowledge of Information Security Standards and Frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001/2
  • Knowledge of identity and access management solutions
  • Knowledge of privilege user access management processes

Provides quality cyber security services in order to implement and sustain a best-practice cyber security framework.

Responsibilities
Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Execute joiner, mover, and leaver processes in line with IAM policies.
  • Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications using approved tools and workflows.
  • Validate access requests for completeness and policy compliance prior to fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate user identity records across systems and directories.
Access Control & Governance
  • Assist in conducting routine access reviews, recertifications, and attestation activities.
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to least privilege, segregation of duties, and role-based access principles.
  • Identify and elevate deviations from IAM and security policies.
IAM Tooling Support (e.g., SailPoint, AD, Azure AD)
  • Perform routine operational tasks.
  • Support integration activities by preparing documentation and performing simple validation or testing.
  • Log and elevate system issues, errors, or integration failures.
Application Onboarding Support
  • Support gathering of application data for SailPoint onboarding.
  • Work with application owners to document connectors, roles, and entitlements.
  • Assist with user testing and cutover activities.
Reporting & Dashboards
  • Collect, clean, and prepare IAM operational data for dashboards and reporting.
  • Generate routine IAM performance reports (access request turnaround times, review progress, provisioning metrics, etc.).
  • Highlight access anomalies, trends, and exceptions for further analysis.
Issue Resolution & Service Support
  • Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
  • Elevate complex technical issues to senior specialists.
  • Communicate resolution steps to end users clearly and professionally.
Compliance & Operational Controls
  • Follow established IAM standard operating procedures and processes.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance and report or elevate as required.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by gathering IAM evidence.
Documentation Management
  • Maintain IAM reporting and operational dashboards.
  • Ensure all provisioning steps are logged in accordance with audit requirements.
Continuous Capability Development
  • Participate in training, mentoring, and certification activities relevant to IAM.
  • Keep up to date with IAM technologies, security standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
