This is a hybrid position offering a competitive salary of up to R780,000 per annum along with bi-annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Analysis.
• Skilled in writing requirement specifications and conducting JAD sessions.
• Experience with financial/insurance product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software requirements for new systems and enhancements.
• Facilitate JAD sessions and map business processes.
• Compile specifications and share insights with the development team.
• Deliver outputs such as business process models, domain models, use case diagrams, and test packs.
