A leading healthcare provider in Johannesburg is seeking unemployed individuals for an HR learner position. This 18-month program offers valuable work experience in various HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Participants will receive a monthly stipend, individualized coaching, and opportunities for skills training. An opportunity exists for an unemployed HR learner to participate in a learner project for a period of 18 months in support of HWSETA. The project is aimed to provide workplace experiential learning in line with the qualifications the learner is either studying towards or has completed. The learner will be based at Life Brenthurst Hospital and will report to the Hospital HR Manager.
