This is an on‑site, full‑time role based in Durban for a Human Resources Payroll Administrator. The responsibilities include managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The HR Payroll Administrator will also manage staff queries related to payroll and benefits and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all HR processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Payroll Administration, including processing payroll and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Policies.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits administration and related processes.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related software tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and employees.
  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is an asset.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
