Job summary

A political party in Cape Town seeks a Junior HR Assistant to support the HR department with recruitment and general administration. The ideal candidate should have a National Senior Certificate and experience in an HR environment. They must be computer literate, particularly in MS Office Suite and Zoom, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to the organization's principles and willingness to work long hours may be required. This is a contract position lasting 9-12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :
  • Providing support to the HR department in respect of :
Recruitment
  • HR projects
  • General administration

Requirements
Minimum requirements :
  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant HR qualification (advantageous)
  • Experience in an HR environment
