A leading construction materials company is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager in Durbanville. Responsibilities include overseeing the HR lifecycle, developing policies, managing performance, and facilitating training. Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience and be fluent in Afrikaans and English. The role offers a market-related salary and benefits after probation.
We are in need of a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team at our offices outside Durbanville. The group consists of five companies, operating across four sites, with approximately 270 employees. You will report directly to the Managing Director but will work largely independently.
This position offers a market related salary, dependent on qualifications and experience. Employees become members of a provident fund after their 3 month probation period. The annual company close-down is during December/January over the builders holiday. Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, with an early finish at 15:00 on Fridays.
