Job summary

A leading HR services provider in South Africa is seeking a candidate for an HR support role. The successful applicant will assist with Learning and Development, Recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring effective communication with labor suppliers. Required qualifications include experience in HR, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Previous internship or experience in HR.
  • Experience in Recruitment & Allocation and Learning & Development is desired.
  • Business fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is ideal.

Job description
Main Responsibilities
  • Support HR work in areas of Learning and Development, Recruitment & Allocation and other areas if requested
  • Communicate with outsourcing labor suppliers and handle incidents, calculate the monthly expenses of outsourcing labor to ensure that the business is maintained in an effective, timely, and accurate manner
  • Responsible for employee relations and organization of team activities
  • Support on Market HR insight report, brand activities, projects report and related tasks
  • Support on data analytics, maintenance and update
  • Perform other related duties if asked

Experience:

  • Previous internship or experience in HR
